· How is your district/charter tracking professional development attendance?

· Do you use a software program? Is that program compatible with Human Resource Management System (HRMS)?

· Does your system allow for customized email follow-up questions to be sent to participants after professional development? If so, how do you use the data gained from the follow-up questions?

· Has your district/charter offered any additional professional development in literacy since the new CEU requirement went into effect? Discuss sessions that have been offered or need to be offered.
