How to Use the EVAAS Teacher Value-Added Reports to Improve Student Progress: This SAS/EVAAS guide provides administrators and other instructional leaders with activities and specific instructions to guide them through sensitive and crucial conversations about teacher value-added data.

The Principal Dialogue: This activity provides the five questions administrators should ask teachers to help them reflect on their EVAAS data in a constructive and effective manner.
